CCTV Troubleshooting

Cannot view your cameras on your mobile? Try the following

1. Reboot your recorder by unplugging the power out and in.

2. Make sure all cables are secure at the back of the CCTV recorder

3. Reboot your Internet Broadband Router

4. Reboot your phone fully

5. Make sure you have the latest update for the CCTV app. Check App store / Playstore for updates.
